The Leptos Group has been a leading force in the Cyprus economy for over 65 years.Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel, insurance brokerage, healthcare and education.Leptos Estates is seeking to recruit for one of its prestigious projects in Limassol (Limassol Park), an experienced:Caretaker&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain good relations with the property owners and ensure that the project and services are up to standard</li><li>Basic gardening, cleaning, maintenance and swimming pool care</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and common areas</li><li>Undertaking minor repairs</li><li>Prevent unauthorized entries</li><li>Reporting to management</li></ul>Key competencies:<ul><li>Previous experience or willingness to learn</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage crisis situations</li><li>Courteous, honest and practical</li><li>Reliable and trustworthy</li><li>Ability to follow health and safety regulations</li><li>Problem-solving abilities</li><li>Multitasking skills and ability to pay attention to detail</li><li>Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>High school level degree is required.</li><li>Building, Engineering, hotel reception or Security qualifications are considered an advantage</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul>Salary and benefits:<ul><li>Remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>13th Salary</li></ul>
