This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role — combining strong execution with BI-driven reporting and analytical rigor. The role works closely with the Financial Controller to ensure timely, accurate financial data, reporting, and payroll delivery.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own invoicing and billing across all revenue streams (subscriptions, licenses, cloud services, project-based contracts), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and approved supporting documentation.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables; execute payment plans; support collections on overdue balances; and coordinate supplier payment schedules.</li><li>Execute payroll processing accurately and on time, including statutory deductions, payroll reconciliations, and employee reimbursements.</li><li>Deliver payroll and closing activities strictly within the fixed monthly calendar, with zero tolerance for missed statutory deadlines.</li><li>Track project-based costs, budgets, and consumption (e.g., service agreements, project billing), supporting accurate revenue recognition and cost control.</li><li>Oversee customer, supplier, bank, and general ledger reconciliations, working closely with the Financial Controller and functional leads to resolve discrepancies and keep documentation audit-ready.</li><li>Support tax, VAT, and statutory reporting and audit compliance, assisting with filings and ensuring consistent internal controls.</li><li>Prepare and deliver management reports and dashboards using BI/reporting tools, and drive month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing, including accruals, deferrals, and prepayments.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with information security policies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.</li><li>Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.</li><li>10+ years of progressive accounting experience.</li><li>Experience in technology, engineering, construction, or other project-based industries is preferred.</li><li>Hands-on payroll execution experience is required.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.</li><li>Working knowledge of taxation, VAT, and statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>Proficiency with SAP ERP or similar systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>13th Salary</li><li>Provident Fund &amp; Medical Fund</li><li>Performance Bonus Scheme</li><li>Hybrid Working Model for a balanced work-life experience</li><li>Half Day Fridays to kickstart your weekend early</li><li>Learning opportunities from top industry experts</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>A fun, entrepreneurial, and creative environment</li></ul>&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://career5.successfactors.eu/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?jobId=1263&amp;company=C0004082754P">Apply now!</a>&nbsp;This is a full-time employment position offering a competitive remuneration package with opportunities for advancement and development.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.&nbsp;Please submit your CV and cover letter here and let us explore working together!&nbsp;
