The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse while leading and developing a dedicated warehouse team.&nbsp;Role OverviewThe Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operation, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfilment, and effective team coordination. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong people management skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high operational standards.The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company standards are consistently followed while continuously improving operational efficiency.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the daily warehouse operation and ensure efficient workflow across all warehouse activities.</li><li>Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team while allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance.</li><li>Ensure accurate order picking, packing, dispatching, and timely delivery of customer orders.</li><li>Manage goods receiving, product inspections, stock placement, and inventory movements.</li><li>Organize and supervise regular stock counts while investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate stock transfers between company locations and ensure accurate system records.</li><li>Manage product returns and ensure proper documentation and handling procedures are followed.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company procedures.</li><li>Monitor the correct use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.</li><li>Utilize ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse documentation to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, and service levels.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Inventory Control, or a similar operational role.</li><li>Proven experience leading and supervising warehouse teams.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, stock movements, and stock counts.</li><li>Experience working with ERP/WMS systems and barcode scanning technology.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Professional, reliable, and proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability.</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support operational activities when required.</li></ul>What the Company Offers<ul><li>Gross annual salary of&nbsp;€24,000–€27,000&nbsp;(including the 13th salary).</li><li>13th Salary.</li><li>Working Schedule:&nbsp;Monday to Friday,&nbsp;09:00–13:00 &amp; 14:00–18:00.</li><li>20 working days of annual leave, including the company's annual two-week shutdown in August.</li><li>Long-term and stable employment within a well-established and growing company.</li><li>Professional, supportive, and collaborative working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to lead a key operational department and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.</li></ul>Last but not least, at DART Recruitment 🎯 we are by your side every step of the way, offering support, guidance and complete confidentiality throughout your career journey.
