You'll guide customers through the implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt our software and maximise its value.What you'll be doingAs part of our Technical Team, you will:<ul><li>Analyse customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.</li><li>Configure and implement BigChange software based on customer needs.</li><li>Deliver customer training and support users during onboarding.</li><li>Provide consultancy on system features, workflows and best practices.</li><li>Assist customers during implementation and ensure a smooth transition.</li><li>Work closely with the Sales and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation.</li></ul>What we're looking forEssential<ul><li>Degree or qualification in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.</li><li>Excellent command of both Greek and English.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul>It would be great if you also have<ul><li>Experience with software implementation projects.</li><li>Experience delivering customer training.</li><li>Experience working with SaaS or ERP/FSM/CRM solutions.</li></ul>Why join BigChange Cyprus?✔ Competitive remuneration package✔ 13th Salary✔ Provident Fund✔ Comprehensive product training✔ Career development opportunities✔ Friendly, professional and collaborative working environment✔ Opportunity to work with innovative cloud-based technology&nbsp;
