AML, Compliance and Risk Management

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Assist in ensuring the Company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Support the Compliance Officer/Operations Senior Officer in monitoring regulatory developments and identifying changes affecting the business.</li><li>Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and filing systems.</li><li>Assist in conducting compliance monitoring activities and internal compliance reviews.</li><li>Support the preparation of reports for Senior Management and regulatory authorities where required.</li><li>Assist with due diligence procedures, onboarding checks, and KYC/AML documentation where applicable.</li><li>Participate in the investigation and documentation of compliance-related issues and incidents.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance requirements are implemented effectively.</li><li>Support the delivery of compliance awareness initiatives and employee training.</li><li>Perform any other compliance-related duties assigned by the Compliance Officer or Management.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or another relevant field.</li><li>Previous experience in Compliance, AML, Risk, Audit, Legal, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the online gaming, betting, or financial services industry will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations and corporate governance principles.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and develop within the Compliance profession.</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER:<ul><li>Attractive salary aligned with skills and experience</li><li>13th salary</li><li>21 days annual leave</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development</li><li>Monthly social events and activities</li></ul>
