Requirements &amp; Duties:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Excellent knowledge of all Windows Operating systems, Office, Cloud Solutions, and Storage.</li> <li>Good knowledge of Networks, WiFi, Virtualization.</li> <li>Ability to work with Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Copiers, and other types of Hardware.</li> <li>Knowledge of Web Platforms like WordPress&nbsp;will be considered as a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communications skills and use of Greek and English Language is a must. Excellent skill in preparing and delivering a presentation and proposals if needed.</li> <li>Ability to work efficiently alone or in groups.</li> <li>Knowledge of the market we are competing is a must.</li> <li>Knowledge of the corporate clients in the IT market.</li> <li>Ability to think outside the box and propose methods and ideas that can be effective to further develop the business.</li> <li>Troubleshoot, repair and service customers PCs, laptops, Serves and printers.</li> <li>Provide technical support in-store and visits to our business customers for hardware and software issues.</li> <li>Upgrade and install software on PCs and laptops.</li> <li>Help operate the store effectively and efficiently.</li> <li>Grow sales through friendly and knowledgeable interaction with our customers.</li> <li>Bachelor Degree (Minimum 3 years study).</li> <li>Passionate about technology.</li> <li>Good knowledge of IT products, Network and Serves.</li> <li>Bright and outgoing personality.</li> <li>Excellent customer/client service skills.</li> <li>Experience in a similar role in this industry.</li> <li>Fluent Greek/English speaker.</li> <li>Clean driver’s license.</li> <li>Genuine desire to develop your career and become a successful member of the team.</li> </ul><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>The candidate will be given by the company:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul type="disc" style="margin: 16px 0px 0px;"> <li style="text-align: justify;">Company Mobile Phone or Compensation for the companies calls.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Company Car for business use only.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">One-on-one training with Company’s Technical Director Training on several IT matters for personal and business knowledge.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to attend seminars out of the company so will expand IT knowledge besides the selling part.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Salary will be based on qualification and experience.</li> </ul>
