Flintera, a private equity firm, is looking for an Architect for our affiliate - the Commercial Development Group of Companies. We are seeking&nbsp;for&nbsp;a highly skilled Architect with 5–8 years of experience to join our team and assist the Senior Design Manager. This role requires strong organizational skills to oversee design coordination, quality control, and execution of multiple high-profile projects. As part of the Client’s representative team, you will play a key role in ensuring design excellence and seamless project execution.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Coordination &amp; Review<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Oversee the design process from concept to construction, including reviewing as-built drawings.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Prepare, review, and amend concept drawings, technical drawings, and design documentation.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Coordinate and review consultant drawings, technical submissions, and design information.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, industry standards, constructability, and company standards &amp; requirements.</li></ul>Project &amp; Quality Control<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Monitor the Main Contractor’s work to ensure quality and adherence to design intent, material submissions and other Construction documentation.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Oversee and verify consultant submissions for compliance with project requirements.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Identify and resolve design issues, clashes, and technical challenges in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Work closely with the construction team, contractors, specialists, and fit-out consultants/subcontractors.</li></ul>Meetings &amp; Reporting<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Attend internal meetings, consultant, and/or contractor meetings and where required provide design input and solutions.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Record meeting minutes, track design progress, and follow up on action items.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Report design changes, approvals, and coordination updates to the Senior Design Manager.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Follow company standards, systems, contract preparation, documentation, and filing procedures.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Maintain a tracking record of work carried out by consultants, contractors, specialists, and fit-out subcontractors.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Ensure all design documentation is organized, updated, and properly filed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Degree in Architecture.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">On site experience.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written); Russian is an advantage.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Guide, lead and manage Project Consultants and Contractors.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Experience in design drawings, detailing, coordination, quality control, and consultant management.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and building regulations.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader (Rhino and/or SketchUp is an advantage).</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;">Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects &amp;
