Office Administrator

Responsibilities:Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, process invoices, track expenses, and manage payroll with precision.Liaise with the company’s auditors and accountants: Prepare supporting documents for yearly audit. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and auditing requirements.Liaise with the government authorities where necessary.Admin Support: Assist with maintain a well-organized digital and physical filing system and stay on top of daily correspondence, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and general office operations. Skills and requirements:Proven experience with bookkeeping or similar role. Comfortable using financial software (QuickBooks or similar).Solid understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) in both Greek and English.A self-starter mindset—comfortable juggling tasks and solving problems.Strong time management skills.Able to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team.Bachelor degree or accounting diploma/certification will be considered a plus.
