leading Hospitality Group operating in Cyprus and abroad, <a name="OLE_LINK7">we seek to recruit an enthusiastic and high calibre professional for the position of General Manager - Revenue, to be based in Nicosia.&nbsp;</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;border:none;margin-left:0cm;margin-right:14.15pt;padding:0cm 0cm 1.0pt 0cm;">THE POSITION&nbsp;</div>The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize profitability across a portfolio of Hotels, as well as to enhance overall business growth.&nbsp;More specifically, the successful candidate will be expected amongst other, to:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies for all Hotels</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Analyse market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to optimize rates and inventory</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Implement dynamic pricing models to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and GOPPAR (Gross Operating Profit Per Available Room)</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Drive direct booking strategies while balancing third-party distribution channels</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Maintain and grow both the online and offline revenue per Hotel of the Group</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Negotiate contracts with a number of tour operators worldwide</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Create and recommend seasonal price strategies per Hotel and per market&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Prepare and present detailed revenue forecasts, performance reports, and financial analysis</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Monitor key revenue KPIs, including ADR (Average Daily Rate), Occupancy and Market Share</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Utilize data analytics and revenue management systems (RMS) to enhance decision-making</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Work closely with Hotel General Managers, Sales and Marketing, Contracting and Digital teams to align revenue strategies</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Develop strong partnerships with Online Travel Agencies, Tour operators and distribution partners</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Guide property-level teams on revenue best practices and ensure alignment with corporate goals</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Oversee the implementation and optimization of revenue management systems</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Enhance digital distribution strategies, including metasearch, GDS and brand websites</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ensure seamless integration of technology to drive efficiency and accuracy in revenue management</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Drive a data-driven, customer-centric approach to pricing and inventory management</li><li style="color:windowtext;line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Lead a team of contracting and online revenue managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Provide mentorship and support his/her team to ensure high performance and professional growth</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">University Degree in Hospitality, Business administration, Finance or any other related field&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">At least eight (8) years of experience in revenue management (online and offline) with at least four (4) years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a multi-property hospitality environment</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Experience in managing revenue across diverse hotel segments (i.e. luxury, midscale, budget)&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and distribution strategies&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong negotiation skills</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of pricing models</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment</li><li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0cm;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities</li><li and English, both written and verbal.
