We’re looking for a&nbsp;Cook&nbsp;who’s ready to bring precision to the prep, intensity to the line, and pride to every plate.&nbsp;This is your chance to be part of a high-performance kitchen where bold flavours meet flawless execution — and where every shift is a chance to sharpen your craft.&nbsp;What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Prepping, cooking, and plating dishes with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and garnishing — every plate matters.</li><li>Monitoring food temperatures and equipment to meet safety standards.</li><li>Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for action.</li><li>Washing, chopping, peeling, and storing ingredients like a pro.</li><li>Supporting the team during busy service and communicating clearly with chefs.</li><li>Following HACCP and hygiene protocols — no shortcuts.</li><li>Breaking down and sanitizing your station post-shift.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>1+ year of experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel or premium restaurant.</li><li>Culinary diploma or relevant training is a plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.</li><li>Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.</li><li>Fluent in English (Greek or Russian is a plus).</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification.</li><li>A clean, professional appearance and a hunger to improve.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Why Óris?
