CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and market-leading company specializing in diagnostic equipment for the automotive industry, we are seeking to recruit a Software Developer with knowledge of the C programming language to join their growing team based in Limassol. Your primary focus will be maintaining and improving existing C code, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or other closely related fields, who ideally possess at least 6+ months of experience working with C coding. Experience with firmware and software designed for microcontrollers will be considered an advantage, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintaining and improving existing C code.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware engineers, QA, and other developers) to integrate software with system components.</li><li>Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.</li><li>Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Mathematics from a top-tier University.</li><li>A Master's degree will be considered as a plus.</li><li>Ideally 6 or more months experience with C Programming.</li><li>Recent Graduates are welcome to apply.</li><li>An interest in a diverse range of code usage environments.</li><li>Some experience with GIT or other Source code Management tools will be considered a plus.</li><li>Some experience with firmware and software/code designed for microcontrollers would be an advantage.</li><li>Very good interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage time, workload, and multiple tasks.</li><li>Ability to take initiative.</li><li>Excellent Written and verbal in English.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8559.
