The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally&nbsp;• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed&nbsp;• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical&nbsp;• Order office supplies and manage inventory&nbsp;• Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting&nbsp;• Support team members with administrative tasks - including Payroll&nbsp;• Liaise with internal departments and external partners&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role&nbsp;• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)&nbsp;• Good written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;• Strong organizational and time-management abilities&nbsp;• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion&nbsp;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team&nbsp;• Fluency in Bulgarian is essential to support communication with our international teams&nbsp;&nbsp;What We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive Pay&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Monthly Group Rewards and Recognition&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Group Wide 20% Discount across all Sports Direct (Frasers) Group brands&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Please apply directly with your CV attached to theresa.reaney@frasers.group
