About the Role:In this role, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight to support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management, risk control, and AML compliance, with the ability to lead processes efficiently and work collaboratively across teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize and manage all finance and accounting operations</li><li>Handle monthly invoicing, revenue calculations, and reporting</li><li>Develop budgets and long-term financial strategies</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Identify and manage financial risks, creating mitigation strategies</li><li>Oversee and monitor the performance of the external accounting and payroll provider</li><li>Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely compliance</li><li>Organize and manage the document flow, including collecting, classifying, and archiving contracts, supplier agreements, and other accounting and corporate documentation</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor AML policies and procedures to prevent money laundering, fraud, and financial crime, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations</li><li>Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and growth initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to align financial goals with AML and responsible gaming requirements</li><li>Analyze financial performance across products, markets, and segments to identify trends and ensure compliance with AML standards</li><li>Perform other office administration and finance-related tasks as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in financial management</li><li>Strong knowledge of Croatian tax and accounting legislation</li><li>Proficiency in IFRS and financial consolidation</li><li>University degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>ACCA or similar professional qualification would be a strong advantage</li><li>Excellent command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools</li><li>Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines</li></ul>Emerald Ace - Benefits:<ul><li>A calm and supportive work environment</li><li>People-first culture&nbsp;built on trust, support and open communication. </li><li>Flexible Working (if you come earlier - you leave earlier)&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Summer-friendly hours&nbsp;with early finishes on Fridays </li><li>One work-from-home day per week</li><li>Small Daily Perks - Treats / Coffees</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based rewards</li><li>Opportunities for career progression within the company</li><li>Team spirit -&nbsp;We celebrate achievements and enjoy the journey together.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;<a href="https://form.asana.com/?k=libZGtn6-kVwET7CgHKZKg&amp;d=1208234802327395">Apply Now!</a>
