MPV Rentals (Cyprus) Ltd is a small property rental company with a UK Holding Company. The Directors have owned apartments in the Mazotos Panoramic Village complex, (about 20Km from the city of Larnaca) for a number of years. In 2022 they decided to form a company to formalise the holiday and long term rentals activities. Currently there are 13 apartments in the rental scheme and bookings have grown steadily. Last year the number exceeded 180 with a total gross income of around €100,000. Next year we expect to grow the number of rental properties. We also plan to employ a full time Site Manager to manage the guest experience. In addition we are taking the responsibility for the management of the maintenance contract for the whole of the 72 apartment Mazotos Panoramic Village site
