Office Administrator – Cyprus&nbsp;The Role:We are looking for two energetic and driven Office Administrators to join one of our affiliated Companies, one based in Limassol and the other in Nicosia. The successful candidates should have excellent administrative skills to manage and streamline office operations effectively.&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the position include:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate and manage office management activities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Answer all incoming calls, addressing inquiries when possible and route calls appropriately·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcome and assist guests, including arranging amenities and refreshments as needed·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including all regular mail, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in the planning and organization of meetings, conferences and various events of the Company·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Order and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in the preparation of travel arrangements, including issuing visas, booking flight tickets and accommodation·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide administrative support to the Management and relevant departments and undertake additional tasks as necessary&nbsp;Main requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; College or University degree in Office Administration or a related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in a position with similar responsibilities is a plus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organized, methodological with a high attention to detail·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent written and verbal skills in English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools&nbsp;Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Corporate pension fund</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous professional development and international training opportunities</li></ul>&nbsp;Type of employment: Full timeLocation: Limassol / NicosiaPlease visit our website&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.xm.com/careers">www.xm.com/careers</a>&nbsp;to submit your online application for this position.&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
