As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of corporate compliance in Cyprus.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle changes in the structure of Cyprus companies, including Directors, Shareholders, Registered Office Address, and UBOs</li><li>File annual returns and financial statements with the Registrar of Companies, and ensure timely payment of the annual levy</li><li>Prepare corporate documents such as board minutes, resolutions, and instruments of transfer</li><li>Arrange legalisation of documents through certifying officers and apostille procedures</li><li>Conduct basic due diligence checks and KYC procedures</li><li>Liaise with company directors to obtain signatures and update KYC records accordingly</li><li>Scan, file, and maintain up-to-date secretarial files and statutory company records</li><li>Obtain company searches from the Registrar of Companies, Land Registry, and other governmental authorities</li><li>Form new companies with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (experience with overseas formations will be considered an advantage)</li><li>Order corporate documents via the Registrar of Companies’ online system</li><li>Obtain online access codes from the Registrar of Companies and complete registrations through the Ariadne portal</li><li>Prepare and maintain corporate registers and structure charts of the companies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluency in Greek and English is essential; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar corporate administrative role, preferably within Cyprus</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines</li><li>High level of professional integrity, credibility, and loyalty</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks</li><li>Company fitness corner in the office for employees</li><li>Birthday celebration present</li><li>Time for proper rest and 24 working days of Annual Vacation</li><li>Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially paid by the company)</li><li>Private Medical insurance</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Team building events and much more</li></ul>
