This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, assisting clients, maintaining the showroom’s appearance, and working closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. &nbsp;It is important to manage the daily operations of our showroom and support the sales process. We specialize in the distribution of decorative wall panels and carefully selected design objects. Our showroom showcases high-quality materials and creative solutions for spaces.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist customers in the showroom</li><li>Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and inventory tracking</li><li>Support sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and order processing</li><li>Maintain a tidy, welcoming showroom environment</li><li>Coordinate communication between clients and external partners</li><li>Manage product listings etc using the company’s software</li><li>Keep the website and other company platforms up to date</li><li>Arrange client meetings and product presentations</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Holds a BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Customer-focused&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable using office and inventory software</li><li>Speaks and writes fluently in both English and Greek</li></ul>
