Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct on site investigations, regular inspections and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).</li><li>Ensure quality of works and that properties are well-maintained with onsite inspections after a contractor is assigned to a project.</li><li>Communicate with tenants of occupied assets and represent client on asset’s tenancy related meetings.</li><li>Handling tenant and client inquiries and addressing their concerns and complaints.</li><li>Collecting rents, managing budgets, handling invoices and preparing financial reports related to property expenses and income through ERP/PMS systems and platforms.</li><li>Promoting the ERP/PMS platform and facilitating partnerships for its adoption.</li><li>Preparation of board of subcontractors (contractors, plumbers, architects, civil engineers etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, supervise them to keep the property in optimal condition.</li><li>Assess and compare received quotations both based on price and quality of contractor’s works and experience.</li><li>Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>At least two years of experience in the field of Property management or other related fields.</li><li>Good understanding of real estate terms and concepts.</li><li>Relevant University degree.</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written, and highly effective communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines, solutions-orientated and focused upon delivering results.</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careerscy@delfipartners.com">careerscy@delfipartners.com</a> and mention in the subject the reference DPPMO25.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each application will be treated in the strictest confidence.&nbsp; Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.&nbsp;
