Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings</li><li>Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and physical mail</li><li>Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems and databases</li><li>Coordinate daily agendas and prioritize tasks accordingly</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on deadlines and commitments</li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills.
