We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified applicant to join our firm as a&nbsp;Paralegal&nbsp;at our offices in&nbsp;Limassol.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;The successful candidate will work directly with our lawyers to prepare upcoming cases, get involved in fact-finding projects, be responsible for developing and maintaining all case files and manage a number of administrative tasks.&nbsp;Responsibilities include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Preparing Court documents for filing and filing documents at the Court Registry.</li><li>Printing, scanning, organising, transcribing and distributing documents.</li><li>Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.</li><li>Providing secretarial and administrative support.</li><li>Arranging for execution, certification, apostil and legalization of documents.</li><li>Handling emails.</li><li>Completion of shared checklists for document submissions.</li><li>Comply with instructions issued by lawyers.</li><li>Comply with corporate code of conduct.</li><li>Assisting with special projects when necessary.</li></ul>&nbsp;ABOUT YOU&nbsp;&nbsp;You will need the following:&nbsp;<ul><li>University degree in a relevant field or Paralegal Courses Degree or previous employment in a law office in a similar position for at least 5 years.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong administrative and organisational skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a busy and demanding work environment.</li><li>Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.</li></ul>&nbsp;PAY AND BENEFITS&nbsp;<ul><li>An attractive package including 13th salary will be offered to the successful candidate according to experience and qualifications.</li><li>Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>An attractive working environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;HOW TO APPLY&nbsp;Interested candidates are requested to send their applications enclosing a detailed CV and copies of their qualification certificates to the following email address (subject: Paralegal Position) addressed to the attention of the Human Resources Manager, Mr. Marios Pittas:&nbsp; <a href="mailto:mpittas@pittaslegal.com">mpittas@pittaslegal.com</a>&nbsp;Only applications that fulfill the above requested qualifications will be considered.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with confidentiality.&nbsp;
