Role Description This is a senior-level position ideal for a commercially driven professional with a background in&nbsp;law, tax, accounting (ACCA/ACA), or banking, and a proven track record in international business development. As a&nbsp;Senior Business Development Executive, you will help drive Highworth’s international expansion by engaging with foreign law firms, tax advisors, intermediaries, businesses and entrepreneurs looking to establish or relocate corporate structures to Cyprus. You will work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team with autonomy, clear goals, and support to succeed. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple markets</li><li>Leverage technical knowledge (legal, tax, accounting, or structuring) to design relevant and compliant solutions for prospects</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with law firms, intermediaries, family offices, and institutional clients</li><li>Conduct market research to assess growth opportunities and segment-specific strategies</li><li>Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams to present complete client proposals</li><li>Represent Highworth at international conferences, events, and B2B meetings</li><li>Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and performance metrics</li><li>Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives across existing client accounts</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Qualified in&nbsp;law, tax, ACA, ACCA, or banking/finance</li><li>Minimum 1&nbsp;to 3 years of experience&nbsp;in business development, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a CSP, law firm, advisory, or financial institution</li><li>In-depth understanding of the Cyprus corporate services landscape</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in&nbsp;English&nbsp;(Greek and other languages are an advantage)</li><li>Commercially confident, detail-oriented, and results-driven</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex B2B relationships</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (€30,000 to €40,000)&nbsp;depending on qualifications and experience</li><li>Participation in the&nbsp;Company’s Profit-Sharing Program</li><li>Clear performance objectives and support for long-term career growth</li><li>Opportunity to work with&nbsp;high-profile international clients and intermediaries</li><li>Professional development, training, and international travel opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive work environment in the heart of Nicosia</li></ul>Application Process If you are a results-oriented professional with a technical background and a passion for international business development, we would love to hear from you.
