Spotware Systems is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk and provide exceptional administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. &nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.</li><li>Sort, and distribute deliveries.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.</li><li>Monitor and order office supplies as needed.</li><li>Handle inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors.</li><li>Provide support to other departments and assist the Office Manager with event organization and administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front desk representative, or similar role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English.</li><li>You use AI not just occasionally, but as a core part of how you think, work, and deliver results.
