As part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, we embody a distinctive character and personalized service, creating authentic and memorable experiences for every guest.&nbsp;The Front Desk Agent welcomes guests as the first point of contact, handling check-ins, check-outs, and payments while ensuring a seamless, professional, and memorable experience in line with hotel standards.This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our next chapter and shape the guest experience in one of the island’s most iconic hospitality settings.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcome guests with professionalism and handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and room assignments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Accurately process billing, cash handling, and financial transactions in line with hotel policies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless service.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, promotions, VIPs, and emergency procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare shift reports, support handovers, and escalate unresolved guest concerns when needed.&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High school graduate or equivalent·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in the same position or any similar experience within the Hospitality Industry·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in additional languages is considered an asset·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Outstanding communication and organizational skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate(s) according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;How to Apply Please submit your CV outlining your interest and suitability for the role to <a href="mailto:careers@thelandmarknicosia.com">careers@thelandmarknicosia.com</a>&nbsp; with subject: “Front Desk Agent” by 27/09/2025.&nbsp;All applications are treated with strict confidentiality.&nbsp;Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.
