Island Blue is seeking a&nbsp;Compliance and Finance Officer to join our team based in Paphos.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with clients and lawyers to collect required documents and KYC data from prospective&nbsp;clients, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and internal procedures.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review KYC documents and&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;smooth&nbsp;client onboarding.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain up-to-date client profiles by accurately recording and updating KYC data.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicate and liaise with&nbsp;clients, lawyers and banks to resolve any KYC-related issues effectively.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Regularly update and maintain banking relationships, ensuring timely and accurate communication with banks regarding annual updates and compliance requirements related to the company’s accounts.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide support in various finance related areas.&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A university degree in Business Administration,&nbsp;Finance,&nbsp;Accounting, Banking,&nbsp;Law&nbsp;or any related&nbsp;field.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience&nbsp;in a similar role&nbsp;will be considered an advantage&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic accounting knowledge and the ability to read and interpret financial statements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to&nbsp;detail&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A collaborative team&nbsp;spirit&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organizational skills&nbsp;&nbsp;Working hoursMonday - Friday07:30 - 15:30 or 08:00 - 16:00&nbsp;BenefitsA competitive remuneration package will be offered according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to the following email address:careers@islandbluecyprus.com&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.&nbsp;
