Main Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct research to identify the best travel options and pricing based on specific requirements. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Calculate airfare costs and recommend the most cost-effective and time-efficient travel routes. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle travel-related issues such as delays, complaints, or refunds, ensuring effective communication with relevant parties. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Process IATA BSP transactions in line with company and industry requirements.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay current on industry trends by attending travel seminars and training sessions. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with travel agencies and service providers. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure all travel arrangements comply with IATA standards, company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, and updates. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor assigned responsibilities and promptly report potential issues. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead by example. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform additional duties as required by the role and management. Requirements:&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Certification/Diploma in Travel and Tourism. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Marine travel experience would be considered an advantage.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of travel software. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and tactfully. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication skills, time management skills – able to plan, prioritise and organise.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexible in work times. Will be required to work outside of normal office hours as operational requirements demand. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good English – Written and oral. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Clean Criminal Record.
