On behalf of our client, an innovative technology company that offers strong career growth opportunities within a supportive and rewarding environment, we are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator.&nbsp;Role Overview:Provide administrative and operational support to the HR function by maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with day-to-day HR processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR activities.&nbsp;What you be involved in:<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies), ensuring accuracy, proper filing, and confidentiality</li><li>Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes and prepare related documentation</li><li>Draft and prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, forms, and reports</li><li>Maintain and update HR systems and internal databases (attendance, leave, training records, personnel files)</li><li>Provide support for the performance appraisal process, including form preparation, record updates, and follow-up communication</li><li>Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics</li><li>Support HR initiatives, training activities, and internal communication processes</li><li>Other related responsibilities</li></ul>What you need:<ul><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, HRM, Social Sciences or related field</li><li>At least 1 year of relevant experience (max 3 years)</li><li>Understanding of HR principles and Cyprus employment law</li><li>Understanding of general HR policies and procedures</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Experience using HR software (e.g., Exelsys HCM System)</li><li>Experience using the HRDAuth ERMIS system for training registrations and submissions</li><li>Proficiency in English (written and spoken)</li><li>Professional certification in HR or a related field (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Skills you have:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy</li><li>High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professional judgment</li><li>Awareness of change management practices and ability to support the HR team during new processes or organisational transitions</li><li>Effective organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>An attractive salary package between €16,900 and €22,100 annually, including 13th salary.</li><li>Performance appraisals with opportunities for career growth</li><li>Provident fund (after completion of the probationary period)</li><li>Supportive policies that promote work-life balance</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and friendly culture</li></ul>Please apply through the link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://careers.kesea.com.cy/jobs/7480692-human-resources-administrator">https://careers.kesea.com.cy/jobs/7480692-human-resources-administrator</a>&nbsp;
