Additional DescriptionWe are seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant to join our food hall and food &amp; beverage distribution company, located in the heart of Limassol.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage accounting processes with accuracy and professionalism. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle accounting responsibilities efficiently, while maintaining high standards of organisation and confidentiality. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper bookkeeping in accordance with company policies • Prepare and process invoices, payments and bank reconciliations • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments • Assist in the preparation quarterly and annual financial reports • Liaise with external auditors and banks • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with Cyprus regulations• Handle PAYE calculations and submissions in accordance with local requirements • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including calculation of salaries and contributions • Prepare and submit Social Insurance and related contributions • Support budgeting and forecasting processes • Assist management with financial analysis and reporting, as required • Maintain proper filing and organisation of all financial documentation • Ensure an overall smooth operation of the accounting function&nbsp;We Offer:• An attractive remuneration package, with additional performance bonuses • 21 paid Annual Leave days • Continuous development and future promotion opportunities • Share of tips and experience in a property development company • Daily complimentary lunch meal, as well as staff discount for food and drinks&nbsp; • 5-day work week from Monday-Thursday (08:30am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm-5:30pm) and Friday (08:30am-2:00pm), within a stable and professional working environment&nbsp;Requirements:• At least 3–5 years of previous experience in an accounting role.
