Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is a must (both verbal and written).
• Additional languages (Especially Greek) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to meticulously review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience in shipping documentation is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with our suppliers via Microsoft Outlook regarding orders, shipments, documentation.
• Coordinate communication with our customers regarding their orders, updates, and shipment status.
• Review shipping documents and commercial invoices provided by suppliers before goods are delivered to customers.
• Verify that all shipping and invoice documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with customer requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding corrections, missing documents, or shipment issues when necessary.
• Maintain organized physical and digital records of orders, invoices, shipping documents, and customer correspondence.

 

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)
