About PadUnite
PadUnite is building the platform for padel — starting in Cyprus and built to scale internationally. We bring three things together in one product: corporate padel events (team-building, company tournaments, client entertainment), an inter-company Cyprus Corporate Padel League, and the software that makes it all run — in partnership with the clubs that provide the courts. Our spirit is community, competition, connection. The plan is to prove the corporate and league playbook in Cyprus, then template it for padel-growth markets abroad.
The role
This is a key early commercial hire. You'll own the corporate and partnerships side on the ground while the platform grows around you — landing and running events, building the league, partnering with clubs, and feeding what you learn back into the product. Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as the revenue you generate grows.
What you'll do
- Win and run corporate padel events for HR, office managers, and marketing teams — team-building days, company tournaments, client entertainment. This is the immediate revenue and your first focus.
- Build and grow the Cyprus Corporate Padel League with potential partners: an inter-company season companies enter and pay for, season after season — our flagship recurring product.
- Develop partnerships with padel clubs across Cyprus: they bring the courts, we bring the events and software (revenue share), growing toward ongoing club subscriptions.
- Be the voice of clubs and players inside the product: gather what they need on the ground and feed it to the founder and dev team to shape the roadmap.
- Help create social proof and word-of-mouth: flagship events, business networking evenings, case studies, and the shareable moments that bring the next companies in.
Who you are
- A padel lover who knows the local scene and is credible with players and club owners.
- Commercially sharp — comfortable pitching businesses and closing; some B2B, events, hospitality, or partnerships experience ideal.
- A relationship-builder and organiser who can land a deal and then run a flawless event on the day.
- Curious about product and excited to help shape a platform in its early days.
- Fluent in English (Greek a strong plus), based in Cyprus, comfortable in a fast-moving, build-as-you-go setting.

Pay and perks
- Part-time base of €800–1,000/month gross (about 20 hrs/week) to start, with a clear path to full-time as league and club revenue grow.
- Event commission of 8–12% of every corporate event you book and deliver.
- Partnership bonus for each club you sign and each company team you enrol in the league.
- Paid court time and an annual gear allowance.
