Iacovou Group, seeks to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join our growing team, in one of the group companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with parts enquiries, identifying and sourcing the correct parts, preparing quotations, processing orders, and building strong customer relationships.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Identify and recommend suitable plant, machinery, and truck parts based on customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.

• Monitor stock availability and assist with inventory management.

• Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.

• Provide technical support and product information where required.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

 

Key Competencies

• Previous experience in parts sales, automotive parts, heavy equipment, truck parts, or a similar industry is preferred.

• Good knowledge of plant machinery, construction equipment, truck components, or mechanical parts would be advantageous.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Computer literacy and experience with inventory or ERP systems would be advantageous.

• A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.

• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
