About the Role

Investotech is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Web & Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of our brand across websites, digital platforms, product interfaces, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.

 

Working closely with Development, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business teams, you will create engaging digital experiences and creative assets that support brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth.

 

The successful candidate will combine strong creative vision with strategic thinking and technical expertise, taking ownership of design projects and helping shape the visual identity of a modern fintech technology company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality creative assets that support marketing, branding, product, and business objectives.

• Contribute to the design and enhancement of platform interfaces, dashboards, user journeys, and product-related visual experiences.

• Create engaging and conversion-focused designs for:

  • Websites and landing pages

  • Product and platform interfaces

  • Social media campaigns and digital advertising

  • Email templates and email marketing campaigns

  • Presentations and sales materials

  • Editorial-style PDF documents, reports, whitepapers, guides, case studies, and other branded publications

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

• Translate complex fintech products, technology services, and business solutions into clear and visually engaging communications.

• Apply UX/UI and conversion-focused design principles to improve user engagement and lead generation.

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and creative standards.

• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

• Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen Investotech's visual identity and user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, UI Design, or a related creative role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across web design, branding, digital marketing, and user interface design.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, InDesign).

• Strong working knowledge of Figma

• Proven experience creating websites and landing pages (UI designs and digital interfaces, Social media content and digital advertising creatives, Email marketing templates, Corporate presentations, Editorial and print-ready PDF publications).

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.

• Good understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and user-centred design methodologies.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within fintech, financial services, payments, banking, investment, SaaS, or technology industries.

• Experience working within an in-house marketing team or a fast-paced commercial environment.

• Motion design and animation experience, including creating motion graphics, animated content, and short-form videos for digital marketing, social media, websites, and presentations.

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion design software.

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance design workflows, content creation, ideation, productivity, and creative innovation.

• Gross monthly salary: €30,000 – €36,000 depending on qualifications, experience and portfolio.
