Who We Are

Novario Holding Ltd (“the Company”), a leading importer, distributor, and service provider of electrical and electronic appliances representing renowned international brands such as Philips, Panasonic, TCL, Whirlpool, Elica, Faber, Moulinex, Nikon, Pioneer, Fuji, and others, is seeking to recruit a Creative Designer for its Marketing Department, due to the continued expansion of its operations.

There is no brand bible yet, no template library, no established design system. That is not a problem — it is the opportunity. The person we hire will help us build it.

The Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer who does not just execute briefs, but thinks, proposes, and takes ownership of the visual identity of two established retail brands. Day-to-day will combine a high volume of execution with strategic creative responsibilities that are rarely offered at this level.

You will work directly with the Marketing team, with company leadership, and with the teams of some of the world's biggest brands in consumer electronics and household goods.

What You Will Do

•       Create digital creatives (static and animated) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and digital campaigns.

•       Design banners, promotional materials, campaign visuals, seasonal activations, and product launches.

•       Produce visual content for the eShop: product pages, landing pages, and banners in collaboration with the e-commerce team.

•       Design print materials: brochures, POS, in-store signage, window displays, and corporate presentations.

•       Create co-branded materials for partner activations with global brands.

•       Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design templates, and visual playbooks for both brands.

•       Support the creation of video content, reels, and short-form social media videos.

•       Manage a well-organised digital asset library (templates, images, deliverables).

•       Respond quickly to the day-to-day needs of the Marketing department while respecting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

•       2+ years of proven experience as a graphic or creative designer with a commercial portfolio.

•       Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

•       Solid understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles.

•       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with self-organisation and deadline discipline.

Nice to Have

•       Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.

•       Familiarity with Figma.

•       Experience in a retail or eCommerce environment.

•       Experience with CMS or eShop platforms.

•       Basic product photography skills.

•       Knowledge of Canva for quick adaptations and templates.
