We're looking for a Graphic & Digital Designer who is passionate about creating content that not only looks great, but delivers results.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic & Digital Designer based in Nicosia.

You'll be responsible for creating social media content, advertising creatives, motion graphics and digital assets for a diverse portfolio of brands. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you'll bring campaigns to life through impactful design, ensuring every visual is both engaging and performance-driven.

 

What You'll Do:

• Design creative assets for social media, including posts, stories, carousels and advertisements.
• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Develop visual concepts and creative directions for marketing campaigns.
• Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google and other digital advertising platforms.
• Edit, retouch and manipulate photos for digital use.
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, content and strategy teams.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates and creative assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest design, AI and social media trends.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, content and creative concepts.

 

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Digital Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media, advertising and branding projects is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects).
• Experience using Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual storytelling.
• Excellent photo editing and retouching skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ClaudeAI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

 

As a plus:

• Motion Graphics & Animation
• Figma
• Photography & Videography
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Understanding of digital marketing and performance creatives
