The role:

We are seeking for a talented, forward-thinking Lead Creative AI Designer to join our Communications team. This is a unique opportunity for a creative professional who has moved beyond traditional workflows and embraced Artificial Intelligence as an integral part of their design workflow and is passionate about producing high-quality visual and video content across digital, retail, and print.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling assets for all marketing campaigns, digital platforms, retail stores, and customer communications, leveraging the latest AI technologies to enhance productivity, creativity, and visual quality.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Asset Generation: Design and produce creative assets for all digital channels (web, social, display, mobile etc) and high-quality print/retail collateral (POS, brochures, window graphics etc)

• Multimedia Production: Develop AI-generated and AI-assisted videos, motion graphics and multimedia assets for short-form content, brand storytelling, product visuals, campaign assets and in-store channels

• AI Workflow Integration: Utilize leading AI-powered creative platforms (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Flux, upscaling engines like Magnific, LLMs or equivalent tools) to accelerate ideation, image creation, editing, and production workflows

• Brand Identity and Compliance: Ensure all AI-generated imagery concepts align with our corporate brand guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of creative quality, while proactively managing AI-related IP and copyright

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns

• High-Velocity Execution: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• AI Tech Innovation: Continuously explore and evaluate emerging generative AI tools and creative technologies, recommending workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and creative excellence

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Minimum of four years professional experience in graphic design and video content creation

• Strong graphic design skills, including typography, layout, composition, colour, branding, and digital-first design

• Experience creating content for social media, digital platforms, campaigns and print/POS/OOH large format

• A strong portfolio showing both traditional design work and AI-generated or AI-assisted video/content projects.

• Proven hands-on experience integrating generative AI platforms (image, video, text-to-media models) into a professional creative workflow

• Ability to conceptualize ideas visually through mood boards, creative decks, or prompt engineering

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools) to refine and finish AI-generated raw assets

• Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design platforms is considered an advantage

• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken

Stage 1: Shortlisted candidates will complete an in-depth interview detailing their portfolio, AI workflow, and creative approach.

Stage 2: Finalists will execute a practical creative assignment and present their work
