CODECA is seeking two (2) Reception & Support Officers 

Work Location: Pournara First Reception Centre, Kokkinotrimithia, Nicosia District 

 

CODECA, a dynamic and growing non-governmental organization operating in Cyprus since  2016, is looking for two new team members for the position of Reception & Support Officer. If you would like to work in an environment with social impact, support people during the  initial and most critical stage of assistance, and become part of a values-driven team, then  this position is for you. 

 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Welcoming and guiding residents upon arrival 

• Organizing and managing accommodation areas 

• Distributing first-aid supplies and basic necessities, and maintaining relevant records ✔ Supporting departure procedures 

• Providing information about the Centre’s services and regulations 

• Contributing to the smooth and safe operation of the facility 

 

Requirements 

 Post-secondary or Higher Education Diploma, or completion of at least four academic  semesters, or at least one year of experience in asylum- or migration-related matters  Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/email)  Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively within  a team 

 ECDL certification will be considered an additional qualification
