As a Front Desk Office Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all visitors, as well as efficiently managing telephone communications. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating databases and filing systems, as well as monitoring and managing office supplies and inventory to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails, providing prompt and courteous service

·         Organize and coordinate meetings and business travel arrangements for management

·         Issue and process invoices

·         Support project teams with document submissions

·         Maintain and update databases and filing systems (both physical and electronic)

·         Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory

·         Provide daily administrative support to staff and management

·         Ensure the reception area is kept clean, organized, and presentable

 

Profile and Qualifications

·         Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

·         1 - 2 years of experience in a reception or front desk role

·         Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

·         Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

·         Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

·         Reliable, responsible, and polite

Fluency in Greek and English.

·         Gross annual salary: €15,600 – €19,200, depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.

·         8 days of training annually to support your professional growth
