Phaedrus Living is currently looking to recruit a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our high performing team in Paphos. 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and assist the housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining properties. 
• Ensure properties meet Phaedrus Living’s cleanliness and quality standards. 
• Transport housekeeping staff to different properties using the company car. 
• Plan and manage the housekeeping schedule to meet check-in deadlines. 
• Train and support the housekeeping team. 
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and linens. 
• Report maintenance issues and damages to management. 
• Assist in cleaning when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations. 
• Keep track of working hours and support stock-taking activities. 
• Perform other relevant assignments as requested. 

Requirements: 

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. 
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent time management and organization. 
• Commitment to delivering the highest quality to the client. 
• License: EU driving license required.
