Mallouppas Fashion is looking to hire a Receptionist/ Operations Assistant (Dual Role) for our head office in Nicosia, to join our team and support our daily office procedures. Candidate’s Role

• Welcoming and greeting customers and partners in a polite and professional way.
• Providing administrative support and managing departmental queries
• Assisting the operations department with day-to-day admin tasks
• Schedule meetings, appointments and trips
• Managing phone calls and correspondence
• Maintaining client files and documentation
• Maintaining order and cleanliness according to the standards
• Maintaining product inventory

Candidate’s Qualifications

• Work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal command of both Greek & English language
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

• Team player and cooperative
• Problem- solving skills
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Pleasant personality

Working Hours

• Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday 8:00-17:00
• Wednesday/ Friday 8:00- 14:30
