Your Role

As a Receptionist, you will:

• Welcome guests warmly, setting the tone for an exceptional LPM dining experience from the very first interaction.
• Manage reservations efficiently, coordinating table allocation and guest flow with the floor team.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about the restaurant and its offerings.
• Maintain an organized and polished reception area, ensuring every detail reflects LPM standards.
• Collaborate closely with FOH and management to guarantee a seamless guest journey.

What You Need

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written). 🗣️
• A natural attention to detail, professionalism, and a polished presentation.
• Strong skills in organization, multitasking, and stress handling.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) is a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
