About the Role

Celesta Platform Ltd is seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist to support the day-to-day delivery of our HR operations while contributing to a positive employee experience. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of Human Resources services across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. The role partners with managers and employees to deliver HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. In addition, the position oversees office administration to ensure a well-organized, safe, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data while supporting payroll and benefits administration.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations, performance management, engagement, wellness, and internal communication initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR documentation, reports, metrics, and support policy development and process improvements.
• Coordinate immigration processes, including work permits, renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Liaise with external providers and government authorities on immigration-related matters.
• Oversee day-to-day office management, including facilities, equipment, supplies, and workplace operations.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and office administration while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in Human Resources , especially experience with migration processes - BCS and yellow slips (must have).
• Good understanding of Cyprus employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems (BambooHR is advantageous).
• Attentive to detail and proficient at navigating digital systems
• Fluent in Greek and English (must have)
