ARSKY is a Limassol-based design and construction studio specialising in high-quality residential projects.

We are looking for a qualified Architect registered with ETEK and holding a valid professional practising licence to join our team and play an active role across the full project lifecycle — from design development and statutory approvals to construction documentation and coordination on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate documentation required for planning and building permit applications in Cyprus.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Cyprus planning requirements, building regulations and ETEK professional requirements.
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, mechanical, electrical and other consultants.
• Review contractor drawings, technical submissions, materials and construction details.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections and technical coordination.

• Identify and resolve design and construction issues arising during project execution.
