• Hotel Customer Service
• Welcoming guests and facilitating guest Check-in/Check-out/Payments
• Dealing with customer queries/requests and resolving complaints
• Daily administration including receiving and registering reservations & updating the company's mailing database & PMS system
• Taking initiatives and active responsibility for the efficient operation of the front office
• Acting as a night shift guard
• Fluent in Greek and English. More language(s) such as Russian, French, German or Hebrew will be considered and extra skill.
