This is a key role responsible for leading the visual identity of Cyprus Airways across all customer touchpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print media.

 Working closely with the Marketing team and external partners, the Graphic Designer will play a leading role in shaping the airline's visual communication and enhancing the customer experience throughout the passenger journey.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for advertising campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Design digital and print marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations and promotional materials.
• Create engaging content and visual assets for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns and email communications.
• Maintain and continuously develop the Cyprus Airways brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Design onboard materials including menus, in-flight publications, passenger communications and customer experience collateral.
• Design and maintain website graphics, landing pages and other digital assets in collaboration with web developers.
• Support the Marketing team with event branding, sponsorship materials, exhibitions and corporate presentations.
• Produce artwork for airport branding, aircraft-related marketing materials and other customer-facing environments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with design trends, AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and creative output.
• Support the Marketing team with creative input for brand strategy, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all artwork is delivered according to brand guidelines and production specifications. 

 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing, hospitality, travel, aviation or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across both digital and print media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Strong team working ability
• EU citizenship is a must

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual communication.
• Experience designing for digital platforms, websites and social media.
• Ability to develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and design workflows. 

 Preferred Skills & Experience

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience within the aviation, travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
• Experience with UI/UX design and website content management.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Photography, retouching and image editing experience.
• Knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.
• Experience working with digital advertising formats and campaign assets.
