Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a reputable international marketing agency based in Limassol, is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead strategic social media initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will drive the development and execution of high-impact social media strategies, ensuring brand consistency, audience growth, and measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Manage and oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across key platforms.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and ROI.
Lead client communication on social media strategy and performance reporting.
Stay current with platform trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, and paid media.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior social media or digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
What’s Offered
Full-time hybrid working model in Limassol.
Gross annual salary of €40,000 – €50,000.
Annual performance-based bonus.
