We are looking to recruit a dynamic person who will join our team in the position of Accounting Assistant. Responsible for the accurate fulfillment of the process of invoicing cycle to customers, including and not limited to issue of credit notes referring to returns, performing all necessary tasks in system.

Main responsibilities:

·         Daily issue of final invoices of completed orders to be dispatched to customers.

·         Collection of signed invoices and perform filing process of the company.

·         Issue of credit notes to customers.

·         Coordination with Logistics team to ensure correct invoicing procedure.

·         Perform any other task in the scope of finance as may be requested.

Requirements:

·         LCCI intermediate or higher

·         A degree in accounting, finance or any other related field will be considered an advantage

·         Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written

·         Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

·         Well organized and results oriented

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Integrity
