An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Nicosia. 

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for our corporate clients and advertising agencies
• Serve as the point of contact for an assigned portfolio of advertising agencies and clients across Cyprus
• Build deep, multi-level professional relationships with clients' marketing directors and decision-makers to thoroughly understand their commercial goals
• Find and bring in new clients and new business opportunities
• Secure long-term contract renewals and build customized annual framework agreements
• Conceptualize, build and execute tailored, media plans utilizing the full force of Digital Tree’s assets
• Suggest new ideas and creative concepts to clients based on market trends and new opportunities 
• Identify new ways to group together and sell (content, products, and services) packages to clients
• Collaborate with internal creative, editorial, production, and technical teams to pitch high-yield advertising concepts, native articles, TV services, and video packages
• Translate client briefs into high-performing commercial propositions
• Drive commercial growth by identifying untapped opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across new media launches or premium formats
• Monitor performance metrics against set sales targets and quarterly commercial objectives
• Negotiate high-value contract terms and advertising spends while maintaining corporate profitability margins
• Handle the implementation and delivery of booked contracts, collaborating closely with execution teams to troubleshoot performance delivery issues
• Analyze campaign delivery data and present comprehensive Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) reports to clients, proving ROI and defining next steps
• Mentor and guide junior Media Account Executives, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the commercial team
• Own the client relationship lifecycle, design and execute integrated cross-media campaigns

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven success in account management, media sales, or a digital agency environment within Cyprus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Deep understanding of the Cypriot media landscape, digital advertising metrics and out-of-home (OOH) media dynamics 
• Strong multitasking abilities with experience handling and executing high-budget, complex campaigns under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Energetic and positive team player
• Proactive team player with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
