Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management & Growth

• Serve as the primary commercial partner for an assigned portfolio of key advertising agencies and corporate clients across Cyprus.
• Build deep, multi-level relationships with Marketing Directors and C-suite decision-makers to secure long-term, custom framework agreements.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling across digital media, native content, video packages, and OOH formats.

Media Strategy & Execution

• Conceptualize and execute tailored, high-performing media proposals leveraging Digital Tree’s full media ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal creative, editorial, production, and tech teams to design high-yield advertising packages.
• Oversee contract execution and delivery alongside operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain target profitability margins.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and present comprehensive Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) reports demonstrating tangible client ROI.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior Media Account Executives, fostering a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven success in account management, media sales, or digital agency environments within Cyprus.
• Deep media landscape knowledge: Strong understanding of Cypriot media dynamics, digital advertising metrics, and OOH channels.
• Commercial acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting quarterly sales targets, negotiating high-value contracts, and delivering data-driven ROI.
• Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Hands-on experience executing complex, multi-channel media campaigns under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
