Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple units, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and teams to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
• Ensure full compliance with company standards, including service quality, hygiene and procedures.
• Monitor sales, productivity and costs.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support business growth by implementing actions where needed.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits, providing clear feedback and follow-up.
• Collaborate confidently with ownership and cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities and Marketing.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in an area manager or operations manager role in HORECA.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Solid understanding of operational KPIs, cost control and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between sites.
• Valid driving licence.
