Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple units, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Lead, coach and develop managers and teams to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards, including service quality, hygiene and procedures.
- Monitor sales, productivity and costs.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support business growth by implementing actions where needed.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits, providing clear feedback and follow-up.
- Collaborate confidently with ownership and cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities and Marketing.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in an area manager or operations manager role in HORECA.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Solid understanding of operational KPIs, cost control and performance management.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between sites.
- Valid driving licence.
