SHOWROOM SALES & INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT

Ceramica Cleopatra | Larnaca, Cyprus

Basic Salary: €1,200–€1,500 per month + 3% commission on sales

Are you passionate about interiors, design and helping customers create beautiful spaces? Do you enjoy working with people and have the confidence to turn enquiries into sales?

Ceramica Cleopatra is looking for a motivated, confident and customer-focused Showroom Sales & Interior Design Consultant to join our team in Larnaca.

We welcome applications from experienced sales professionals as well as interior designers and candidates with a background in kitchens, furniture, bathrooms, tiles or related fields.

You do not need previous experience selling tiles or sanitary ware. We are happy to provide product training to the right person.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Basic salary of €1,200–€1,500 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

Your success is rewarded through commission.

For illustration, based on the advertised 3% commission rate:

• €15,000 in monthly sales = €450 commission.
• €20,000 in monthly sales = €600 commission.
• €25,000 in monthly sales = €750 commission.
• €30,000 in monthly sales = €900 commission.

This means that, with a basic salary of €1,200–€1,500, monthly earnings could reach €1,650–€2,400 or more, depending on your basic salary and sales performance.

Commission examples assume the full sales amount is commissionable and are before any applicable deductions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and understand their needs, preferences and budgets.
• Recommend suitable tiles, sanitary ware and interior products.
• Help customers choose colours, finishes, styles and product combinations.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert them into sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Work towards sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with colleagues regarding orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Maintain an attractive, organised and professional showroom.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are interested in candidates from one or more of the following backgrounds:

• Showroom sales or retail sales.
• Interior design or interior decoration.
• Kitchen and bathroom design.
• Furniture, lighting, flooring or home furnishings.
• Tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware or building materials.
• Other sales or customer-facing industries.

Previous sales experience is an advantage but is not essential for candidates with a strong interest in interior design, excellent communication skills and the right commercial attitude.

The ideal candidate will:

• Speak Greek and English confidently.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be friendly, professional, confident and customer-focused.
• Have a genuine interest in interiors, colours, materials and design.
• Be comfortable discussing prices, preparing quotations and closing sales.
• Be organised and confident using computers.
• Be motivated to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
• Be willing to learn about our products and develop professionally.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday: 09:00–17:00
• Tuesday: 09:00–17:00
• Wednesday: 09:00–13:00
• Thursday: 09:00–17:00
• Friday: 09:00–17:00
• Saturday: 09:00–13:00
• Sunday: Off

Total: 40 hours per week.
